Susan Messing’s two-person, anything-goes improv show, “Messing With A Friend,” has captivated audiences for nearly 20 years. With acclaimed runs at the iO Theatre, The Second City, and the L.A. and Chicago Improv Festivals, Susan, a founding member of the Annoyance Theatre, now brings her hit show to Funnylicious Theater in Bratislava for one night only!
Susan has performed with some of the most renowned improvisers, including Andy Dick, Ike Barinholtz (Mad TV), and TJ Jagodowski (TJ & Dave). For this special performance in Bratislava, Susan will team up with John Lehr, hence the title “Messing with John.” The duo will create a seamless flow of multiple characters and scenes, all inspired by a single audience suggestion. Don’t miss the chance to see these two incredible improvisers in action!
In the second part of the show, the Funnylicious cast will join Susan and John for “Group Therapy,” a fun improv format created in Bratislava in March 2024 as part of the V4 Improv Connect Project, which brings together theaters from the Visegrad countries and beyond.
